林茨本地特产是一种叫L名inzer Torte的糕点。是奥地利最早以城市名命名的糕点。早在1653年就有记载。据说是由糕点师约翰·康拉德·沃格尔Johann Konrad Vogel在林茨地区把此款甜点卖火，而被顺势冠上当地的地名。林茨蛋糕含有桂皮和柠檬皮，并加入了各种坚果，表层作成交叉格状的花纹。另外还有“林茨之眼”Linzer Augen的点心，是将林茨蛋糕的小尺寸饼干版。
